Kiawah Island, S.C.—The Rice golf team has moved up to 13th-place heading into the final round of the Kiawah Classic, played at the par 72, 7,100-yard Turtle Point Golf Course.
“We were really close to posting our best round of the fall today, but fell just short at the end with some late mistakes,” said head coach Justin Emil. “Kevin (Reilly) played solid today, shooting a 69 and so did James (Lee) with an even par 72. I’m convinced that we have a great round in us very soon.”

James Lee is tied for 32nd-place after carding an even par 72 to sit three-over par. It is his third round of par or better this year and the 18th of his career.
